Free Simple Online Forms was built to be fast and private. Because we require zero sign-up, we do not collect your personal name or billing information to use our service. Your e-mail address, along with any form design and responses, are all encrypted.
Data Collection and Form Submissions
When you create a form, you act as the data controller. Any data submitted by your respondents is collected on your behalf. We process this data solely to provide it to you. We do not sell, rent, or analyze the responses submitted to your forms.
Automatic 30-Day Data Deletion
To ensure minimal data retention and protect privacy, all forms and their associated responses are permanently deleted after 30 days. Once a form expires, the link becomes inactive, and the data is irreversibly removed from our servers. We do not keep long-term backups of expired forms.
Cookies and Third-Party Advertisements
To keep this service 100% free, we display advertisements provided by third-party networks (such as Google AdSense). These third parties may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your browser's ad settings.
Security
We use standard security measures (including SSL encryption) to protect data in transit. However, because forms are generated via shareable links without password authentication, anyone with the exact link can access the form. We advise against collecting sensitive personal information (such as passwords, social security numbers, or financial data) using our platform.
